Please consider the BelVG Support Team work schedule for Christmas and New Year holidays. We are ready to help you almost the whole season with the exception of Dec 24-25, 31 and Jan 01 – these are days off. Free extensions, however, will not be supported from Dec 22, 2012, through Jan 03, 2013. From Jan 04, 2013, all BelVG free extensions will be fully supported again.
