BelVG dates back to the beginning of the 2000th when our founders met at university. The business started out of curiosity for new technologies and coding and has become a successful company. Now we have more than 100 employees around the world. Our team consists of certified developers, lead developers with over ten years of experience, and dedicated project managers.

Experience of Developers

Each project has a lead developer with at least ten years of experience. They know the architecture of platforms, have worked with modules, and have migrated big stores. They also help configure server infrastructure and choose a provider.

The least you get is a developer and a dedicated project manager. But depending on the scope of work and type of tasks, we can assign frontend and backend developers, QA engineers, designers, and even business analysts.

We usually manage our projects using the YouTrack management system. We add our clients to the project in the system, where project managers and developers communicate about the tasks in the tickets. But we can also use any system of the client’s choice, including Trello, Jira, and Asana.

Communication Tools

The team works from different countries, but the communication never fails. We usually communicate via Telegram, Discord, and Slack. Also, it’s a common practice to hold video meetings with the help of Google Meet and Zoom. But we can use any communication tool of your choice.
