Running an international business on Magento 2 is easy and doesn’t require much of technical knowledge. You need to be patient and make right moves across the administration panel of Magento 2.
In Magento 2.0 you can have up to 5 different email addresses representing different functions:
- General Contact;
- Sales Representative;
- Customer Support and 2 custom emails.
If you have multiple store views, then switch it here to set up different email addresses for different stores / store views.
Here is how you can configure different email addresses for different functions:
Click to expand a function and enter an email address relevant to a function.
In Sender Name enter the name of a person that will be in charge for this function.
In Sender Email enter the email address of this person.
You can also add 2 other functions. When entering information for Custom Emails, make sure you enter a proper sender name and email address.
Make sure that all Email addresses you enter here are working ones.
